RILEM Tech Lett: 4th regional paper (Europe)

RILEM Technical Letters has recently published its 4^th regional paper “Research needs for cementitious building materials with focus on Europe” by K. Scrivener, M. Ben Haha, P. Juilland and C. Levy.
